Cougar football hosting Spokane week

SPOKANE, Wash. – The Washington State University Athletic Department will once again conclude spring football practice by hosting a week-long series of events known as Spokane Week.
Festivities begin Monday, April 16, with the Cougar Club Coaches Luncheon at the Red Lion at the Park. There will also be an evening event at The Q at Northern Quest Resort & Casino, where former Cougar greats Bill Doba, Will Derting and Matt Kegel will relieve WSU’s 2003 Holiday Bowl victory over number five Texas.
Additional events during Spokane Week include:

The Cougars at Gonzaga baseball game Tuesday evening, preceded by the Cougar tailgate party at Avista Utilities

A mid-week tailgate party at Fairchild Air Force Base

A Friday evening social at Northern Quest Resort & Casino, which will include former Cougar football greats.

An hour-long autograph session followed by the annual Crimson and Gray Game at Joe Albi Stadium beginning at 1 p.m. on Saturday.
